Questions

How do custom pet orders work?

Order the custom mug or case, then DM us a clear, well-lit photo of your pet on Instagram (@nevervoidstore). We create a custom portrait in your chosen style (watercolour, cartoon, minimal line art and more), touch it up, and send you a preview to approve before printing. Free changes until you're happy.

When will my order arrive?

Dispatched in 3–5 days, delivered in about 5–8 days. You'll get tracking details once it ships.

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. See our corporate gifting page for logo mugs, team pet mugs and bulk pricing from ₹319 a piece.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo or unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement.

Nevervoid Store makes Christmas mugs, pet mugs, custom pet portrait mugs and glass phone cases to order, delivered across Karnataka. Each piece is printed fresh for you.
